DogChill HK The story began with a pure love for cats. The owner adopted a stray kitten in 2008, and from that moment, he realized cats are not just pets, but family members—irreplaceable companions in our lives who teach us about unconditional love and loyalty.
Back then, it was really hard to find quality cat supplies in Hong Kong—either they were very expensive, or the quality was just okay. Watching his beloved cat get sick from poor cat food, the owner decided to give Hong Kong cat lovers a “good value, high quality” choice. Starting from an online shop, he personally went to Japan and Taiwan to find good suppliers, carefully selecting each product one by one.
Starting from our small pet store, we've grown step by step based on our strong commitment to quality and dedicated service to our customers. Every time we receive photos of customers' cats looking healthy and happy, and every time we hear customers say "My cat really loves this cat food", it reinforces our mission. Every product we choose and every service we provide comes from our unwavering belief in “giving every cat the best care possible”.
For many years, we've witnessed many heartwarming cat-human stories. Starting from just one cat, we've now helped 2,350 dogs and 1,420 kittens find new homes, and donated over 22,800 kilograms of food to stray animals. Now we're not just a pet supply store, but also good friends to cat lovers, and active participants in Hong Kong's pet welfare initiatives. We understand every cat lover's love for their furry companions, because we ourselves deeply cherish these adorable little lives.
